Making Maple Sugar Candy
Is maple sugar candy popular in Spain?
I’m doing a homestay in Valencia, and I wanted to bake my host family a gift. Is maple sugar candy popular there? I want to get them something that reflects my area and they may not have tried.
It’s an excellent idea!
Most candy and sweets in Spain seem to be heavily coloured and very artificial in flavour. I’m sure your host-family will appreciate home made quality candy!
