DNA model made out of candy…Help??!! Please ?


I am helping my nephew with his science project. We are making a strand of DNA model made out of candy. We have all that information(steps) and supplies (candy) for it. However, i cant figure out a way to have the actual model stand up, i guess to make it 3D in a way.. Please help. Any ideas or suggestions will be appreciated. thanks so much.

you could use some semi thick wire to make it actually stand up then use wood for the things that go across to connect both strands. be sure to plant the wire into a piece of wood though.
