1st birthday ideas?

my son will be a year old next month and we’re trying to plan a birthday party for him. does anyone have any ideas for a theme and also where to get the supplies. most of the things i’ve found are for older kids. my hubby wants to have a baseball party, but i’m not sure right now. thanks in advance for any suggestions!

I only involved my family in the party until they were three or four years old. At one year old they mostly only know their family members and it is not necessary to make a big party out of it with themes and other kids. If your son is in day care you could bring in cupcakes for the other kids but I would check with your provider and make sure that is okay. There is lots of birthdays to worry about having a big party for him
