How can I make a homemade Avatar Halloween Costume? What are the best ideas to create a good Avatar costume?

I’m trying to create (or maybe buy) a good avatar costume of Neytiri. Are there any suggestions or ideas of what should I use to make this costume or maybe where can I buy it?

Making an Avatar costume is not as easy as it looks. I tried it myself, a Jake Sully costume, but in order to make it you have to know how to sew a “catsuit” which is somewhat complex (unless you know what you’re doing) or paint your whole body in blue (which is not so good for cold climates).
